You'll gain insights and benefits in the first session, and every session. Most people see "milestone results" after 3 to 6 sessions - it just depends on what you want to accomplish.
“How does each 1 on 1 coaching session work?”
The first session (30 min) starts with an assessment of your goals, needs, and gaps - so we can identify the priority areas for us to focus on.
The subsequent sessions (60 min) are a deep-dive to improve the most pressing gaps from comfort level, empathy, listening, messaging, influence, building relationships, and many other areas - through background knowledge, insights, tips & techniques, rehearsal/role-play, and continuous feedback.
“What does your coaching offer that I can’t just Google and learn on my own?”
The internet is filled with an overwhelming amount of information related to people skills - some of it’s good, some bad. But finding what works for you is like searching for a needle in a haystack.
Instead of burning all this energy on your own, I filter it down to the specific tools, techniques, and knowledge you need - saving you time, energy, and stress.
“What makes you qualified to teach social skills to engineers?”
As an engineer…I learned these skills because I was tired of overanalyzing every conversation - being misunderstood, having to explain myself, second-guessing what I should/shouldn’t say, etc. Then I discovered how to use them in my favor.
As an engineering manager…I learned how to teach these skills to engineers, and use it as the most efficient means to building-up a department of 40 people.

Yes! People skills are tangible skills that can be taught and learned by anyone. But one thing I don’t teach is “fake it til you make it”. Instead, you’re going to build every skill and technique around your natural personality.
For example - If you’re not a social butterfly, then you’ll learn how to lead engaging conversations with anyone through communicating in a way that gets more impact using less words.
