My proudest accomplishment as an engineering manager was growing a 5 person engineering department into 40. I mentored and influenced many engineers - building close relationships, helping them find their path - at transitional stages in their career.

Instead of measuring technical skills and project deadlines, I taught them how to balance out their hard skills with invaluable soft skills - building relationships, leading engaging conversations, influencing and winning people over, and self-marketing with confidence.
Today, I help engineers to transform into confident leaders who influence, motivate, and inspire their teams to maximize organizational impact.
